Still trying to reach them to resolve this issue 6 weeks later. No reply by email. No opportunity to proceed through the automated phone system OR to leave a message. A month before my daughters graduation they are telling us, many other families as well, that there is a delay at their plant and they don't know when her announcements will be printed/shipped, and CAN'T guarantee they will even be here by her graduation!!!!!
