My daughter n law walked into the Pottery Barn ...several employees talking to each other ...maybe 2 other customers there also...no one spoke to us upon entering. ..we walked the bottom floor , went upstairs...back down looking again...as we are leaving I said to my daughter. ..I would like the name of the manager...as still NO SERVICE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

Staff are incredibly nice and eager to help out. A bit more pricey but I am willing to the pay the extra dollar. The shipping, packaging and quality is all there.
