  This sprint store changed my contract without informing me when I was nearly finished with my previous contract. I brought in my broken iPhone 7 to be swapped out and they insisted that I go with the 8 and if I didn’t like it to bring it back and they’d take care of it. Well the iPhone 8 they gave me was defective, but aside from that I saw no benefits to having the 8 over the 7 and I didn’t want my bill to raise. They told me to give it two weeks and if I didn’t like it to bring it back. The 14 day mark fell on Christmas so I was told by the manager that the day after was fine. When I brought it back to go back to my plan which I was happy with to begin, they said there was nothing they could do but give me a different iPhone 8 despite previously assuring me that if I didn’t like it I could go back. I now find out that the hundreds of dollars I had paid towards my previous lease have evaporated and my contract has started over from nothing. Go to a different sprint store. Extra star for snacks.
